Working at Dentsply Sirona you are able to:

• Processing of all Data Integrity roles including:
  Diagnostic Scans, Therapeutic Scans, Final Scans, and Partial scans for treatment using proprietary software.
• Inspection of all incoming Third Party, CBCT and Orascan scan data, bracket registrations, and photos and X-rays.
• Communicate with customer care, the practices, doctors and staff regarding the improvement of case flow.
• Persistently working to decrease rejection rates and improve and Customer Hold correspondence by delivering consistent, concise and clear communications back to the practice/doctor.
• Responsible for the following administrative functions:
  • Rejecting scans
  • Converting scans
  • Changing product states
  • Removing patient locks
• Assist the PREP Team by working with the Doctors and staff to:
  • Understand the Sure Smile process and protocols
  • Resolve Customer Hold issues i.e., brackets, dental examinations, records, etc.
  • Discuss scan and record quality as needed
• Communicate with Berlin regarding any bracket modeling issues discovered in Sure Smile
• Assist and mentor in training new Data Integrity Technicians
• Monitor the importing of 3rd Party Scans and Therapeutic CT’s and report any issues to the proper persons.
• Will be responsible for data collection and reporting of any projects as assigned.
• Frequently help engineering team to report bugs in the software and suggest software enhancements while continuing to exceed and excel in the proficiency of the software.
• Meet and exceed all minimum production requirements designated by the Digital Lab Manager.
• Maintain and renew all DL certifications annually.

• Dental Technician
• Fluent in English
• Mastery of:
  Tooth and Bracket Modeling, Model QC
• Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy and tooth movements
• Exceptional software proficiency
