We’re a well-established, solo private dental practice in beautiful Charlotte, NC, seeking a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. This is a permanent role with flexibility—ideal for someone who values real relationships, unrushed care, and work-life balance.

• $2,000 signing bonus
• Health insurance stipend
• Gentle, relationship-based dentistry – Real time with every patient
• Supportive, drama-free team – Work with people who truly care
• Flexible start date – ASAP but we can work with you
• Bonus incentives for promoting whitening and orthodontic services
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays, evenings, and weekends off
• $55–$59/hour, based on experience
• $2,000 signing bonus
• Health insurance stipend
• PTO offered after 90 days
• Scrub jackets provided – Wear your favorite scrub tops/pants
• Bonus opportunities for whitening and ortho case acceptance
• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in NC
