Dentistry of the Carolinas

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy, multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly
• Attention to detail when scheduling appointments and updating patient records
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Comfort learning new software; experience with Open Dental or similar systems is a plus
• An organized, proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy policies (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dental or orthodontic office experience preferred, not required

This is a full-time position
, Monday–Thursday with select Fridays.
Compensation is based on experience
