We are hiring a sales representative to conduct sales activities for Sure Smile (digital orthodontic system) primarily within your assigned territory, provide technical support for Sure Smile, and introduce other products.

• Proposing and selling the Sure Smile digital orthodontic system and related products to dental clinics, hospital dental departments, and university dental schools
• Communicating directly with dental clinics to strengthen relationships and develop new customers
• Providing product information, post-sales follow-up, and conducting usage explanations/demonstrations
• Introducing and guiding customers on our products
• Conducting product briefings and proposing/executing sales promotion plans for select distributors (dealers)

Sure Smile, our digital orthodontics brand with over 20 years of history, aims to further expand its market share in Japan. The primary responsibilities involve the sales and support of aligner orthodontic treatment planning using software, and the custom-made aligner appliances produced based on that planning. Many professionals from other industries are also thriving in this role. Additionally, the work style involves self-management, allowing direct commuting to and from client sites without being tied to a sales office.

Each sales representative is assigned a territory and is responsible for developing their own territory strategy and conducting sales activities.

The aligner market is currently experiencing accelerated growth and is expected to continue expanding, making this an excellent environment for sales professionals. This role is particularly appealing for those interested in consulting-based, proposal-driven sales of highly specialized products to dentists.

In addition to in-person visits, we actively utilize remote support via internet connection for sales meetings and follow-ups.
