WhatYou'll Do
As a front office team member, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors and team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities to include:- Managing a multi-line phone system
- Preparing route slips daily
- Confirmation Calls
- Light
* Insurance Verification (We use a 3rd party system) - Overall schedule management
- Review Balances/Credits & Collect payments if necessary
- Email management and patient follow up
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- 1 + Years of Dental Front Office Experience
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is welcome
- High School Diploma
Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Every other Friday: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM
