Dental Assistant II

Sautter Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment where both our patients and employees feel valued.

Schedule:

4-5 days per week, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20-23 per hour, depending on experience

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Assist with hygiene appointments as needed
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control procedures
• Complete minor laboratory duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring a comfortable experience

• Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology

• Familiarity with sterilization and laboratory workflows
