Join our established private dental practice in South Charlotte! We’re looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant (DAII) who is dependable, patient-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated assistant who enjoys helping patients, supporting office operations, and contributing to an efficient, team-oriented environment.

• Assisting chairside during dental procedures
• Lead and support clinical team workflow throughout the day
• Take and process digital x-rays
• Maintain accurate patient charting and clinical records
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring proper room turnover
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Monitor and help manage dental supplies and inventory
• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
• Valid CPR/BLS Certification
• Qualified to expose dental radiographs in NC
• Coronal Polishing certification strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Pay: $24–$29 per hour, based on experience
