Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Architect (Licensed) to lead projects and mentor staff across all phases—from early planning through construction administration. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing complex, public-sector projects while balancing design excellence, technical coordination, and client communication.

• Lead multi-phase projects, particularly in education, civic, and higher-ed sectors
• Oversee design, documentation, and construction administration
• Coordinate closely with contractors to manage RFIs, shop drawings, and site visits
• Prepare fee proposals, schedules, staffing plans, and contracts
• Use tools such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Procore
• Support pursuit strategies, proposal development, and interview preparation
• Maintain high levels of design quality, technical accuracy, and project performance

• Licensed Architect (NCARB required)
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch) or approved licensure path
• 10–15 years of architectural experience
  , including 5+ years in a Senior PM role
• Experience managing publicly funded projects is highly preferred
• Strong ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
• Skilled in navigating multiple deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality
• Established network within K–12, higher-ed, civic, or community college sectors
• Strong writing, presentation, and coordination skills

AIA, CSI, LEED AP, WELL AP, CPTED (not required but encouraged)
