Overview
Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 7+ years of experience in Land Development, Planning, and Landscape Architecture for a position in our Charlotte, NC office.
Typical salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $92,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
What You’ll DoThe position will be part of our growing Landscape Architecture/Land Planning Team and will work on a variety of private and public land development projects.
Recent experience in residential land planning is highly favored. Project types will include residential, institutional, commercial, and recreational.
This role will collaborate with other design disciplines and work within team settings on various project‑related tasks.

- Bachelor’s Degree in landscape architecture, land planning, or a related discipline from an ASLA accredited school.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling and Rendering Software.
