Senior Product Designer

Include portfolio - Wongdoody will only consider candidates that have full portfolio’s that are online. They look for complete case studies to show the full life cycle of their work.

We’re looking for a designer with strong execution muscles and strong judgment with 8-10 YOE.

• Are highly tactical and hands‑on, while staying grounded in design theory and systems thinking
• Naturally bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions shape long-term platform outcomes
• Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability
• Demonstrate clear critical thinking and articulate design rationale (bonus if you do this effectively with non-designers)
• Think in systems and platforms, not just features
• Bring strong product sense, balancing user value, business needs, and operational realities
• Have excellent UI taste with a high bar for clarity, hierarchy, and polish
• Act as a thought partner, helping shape design standards, practices, and platform vision—not just delivering artifacts

AI is core to how we work. You should have hands‑on experience using tools like Figma Make, Lovable, or similar, and be comfortable using AI to:

• Explore and iterate on ideas quickly
• Prototype and test concepts
• Support design storytelling and stakeholder conversations

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Comfort working in environments where problems are not fully defined and require sound judgment
