We are building:

• Motorsports & athlete collaborations
• Branded character figures

We are not experimenting, we are building a scalable product line.

We are looking for a true 3D Printing Engineer who understands how to design, texture, optimize, and prepare production‑ready files specifically for full‑color 3D printing.

• Build high‑detail character and product models in Blender
• Perform advanced UV unwrapping and texture mapping
• Create production‑ready color texture files (PNG/JPEG diffuse maps)
• Ensure watertight meshes with correct normals and valid volume
• Repair mesh errors (holes, inverted faces, non‑manifold geometry)
• Reduce shell counts and optimize files for slicer performance
• Adjust wall thickness and reinforce delicate features
• Prepare models for Mimaki 3D Link workflow
• Conduct test prints and refine for durability and color accuracy

• Advanced Blender (3+ years)
• UV mapping + texture workflows (2048 / 4096 resolution)
• Netfabb / Magics / mesh repair tools

• $80,000 – $120,000+ depending on experience.
• Performance incentives tied to division growth available.
