  • Ensure all project documentation aligns with firm standards, quality expectations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering consultants, including Structural, MEP, Civil, and Geo-Technical disciplines, to integrate technical requirements into project documents.
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and team workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with internal design teams, external consultants, and other project partners to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to observe construction progress, verify compliance with design intent, and identify potential issues.
  • Assist in responding to RFIs, reviewing change orders, and supporting construction-phase documentation needs.
  • Participate in project meetings as required.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Support the development of team skills and contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented studio environment.

Required skills and abilities include the following:

  • Solid understanding of building systems and site-related requirements, including Structural, MEP, Civil, and Geo-Technical components.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with project leadership.
