Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
• Develop and review architectural plans and designs
• Ensure projects meet building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and design

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the architectural/construction field
• Experience with commercial or healthcare projects
• Registration in NC preferred
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
