SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc is seeking a talented and experienced Structural Revit Technician to join the team in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. What You’ll Do- Develop detailed drawings, sketches, sections, and details in Revit
- Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEPFP systems
- Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project requirements
- Communicate effectively with project teams and clients
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and review of shop drawings
- Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/modeling using Revit
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using AutoCAD is also desired
- Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset (both in-person and virtually to support our service line function across 3 geographic locations) and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to visualize and model structural systems accurately in a BIM environment
- Understanding of how structure interacts with architectural and MEPFP systems
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in contributing to the Service Line’s BIM/CAD committee
