What You'll Do
+ Lead the development and coordination of architectural drawings through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
+ Collaborate with Project Managers to successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
+ Develop creative, functional, and practical design solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.
+ Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
+ Apply building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to project designs.
+ Produce and manage project documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
+ Support both renovation and new construction projects from concept through completion.
+ Contribute to a collaborative design environment focused on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
+ Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
+ Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, or renovation projects.
+ Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation standards.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
+ Self-motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative.
Bonus Qualifications
+ Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.
+ Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
+ Familiarity with construction administration and field observation activities.
