What You'll Do

As an Architectural Designer, you'll partner closely with Project Managers and Principals to bring projects from concept through construction. You'll gain hands-on exposure to every phase of the design process while contributing to meaningful, high-profile developments.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop design solutions and project deliverables alongside Project Managers and Principals.

+ Prepare and coordinate construction documents for a variety of project types.

+ Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams throughout the design process.

+ Participate in client meetings and help drive project coordination efforts.

+ Support construction administration activities, field observations, and project documentation.

+ Assist in the development of presentations, renderings, drawings, and design materials.

+ Contribute to projects from schematic design through project completion.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

+ 7+ years of professional architectural experience.

+ Proficiency with Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Experience producing construction documents and coordinating project deliverables.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working on education, healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

+ Exposure to consultant coordination and client-facing responsibilities.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
