• Lead the design, technical development, and delivery of healthcare and complex commercial projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing creative solutions.
• Guide projects from early planning through construction administration.
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Drive quality control, technical excellence, and project performance throughout all phases.
• Mentor and support junior architects while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.

• Licensed Architect (Required)
• 8+ years of architectural experience with progressive project leadership
• Healthcare project experience preferred, though other large-scale project experience will be considered
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation
• Experience leading projects through construction administration
• Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Sketch Up, 3D visualization, LEED, or sustainability experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
