What You'll Do

+ Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction.

+ Produce detailed and accurate Revit models for industrial and commercial facility projects.

+ Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks to improve coordination and reduce project risk.

+ Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design challenges.

+ Support BIM standards, project documentation, and quality-control initiatives.

+ Assist with model coordination across multiple disciplines.

+ Recommend process improvements that increase project efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

What We're Looking For

Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling workflows

Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD

Understanding of construction documents, drafting standards, and design coordination

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments
