Orthopaedist – Orthopedic Trauma (Charlotte, NC)

We are recruiting an experienced Orthopedic Trauma surgeon for the Charlotte, NC area. The new physician will join a growing, well‑established, multi‑site group; surgical services will be primarily performed at Novant Health Matthews Medical Center, Ballantyne Medical Center, and Mint Hill Medical Center, with coverage at Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital and Presbyterian Medical Center encouraged. Satellite practice is housed on the Matthews campus.

This is a full‑time position.

• Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopedic trauma care.
• Collaborate with emergency department teams, radiology, and other specialists.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and bundle payment programs.

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• For specialty physicians – completion of an accredited fellowship in orthopedic trauma (or equivalent). New graduates will be considered.
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedics.
• Current MD/DO license in North Carolina and DEA license.
