Join the VA Health Care Center in Charlotte, NC — Exciting Full-Time Dermatologist Opportunity! Sign-On Bonus Authorized! Are you a passionate full-time dermatologist seeking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Veterans? The VA Health Care Center in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dedicated, board-certified dermatologist to join our compassionate team.
Position Highlights- Full-Time Dermatologist
- Salary Range: $350,000 – $370,000 (Sign-on bonus Authorized)
- Practice Environment: Outpatient/ambulatory dermatology consultative practice, including face-to-face clinics and tele-dermatology services
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; compressed work schedule available; no nights or weekend calls
- Teaching & Research Opportunities: Collaborate with medical students and residents; research encouraged but not mandatory
- Location: Charlotte, NC with easy access to North Carolina’s parks, lakes, and outdoor attractions
- Board-certified or eligible in Dermatology
- U.S. Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is impossible to recruit qualified citizens, in accordance with VA Policy
- Education: Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine
- Licensure: Current, complete, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
- Residency: Completion of a residency program in an accredited core specialty
- Willing to consider current trainees and recent graduates
