Collaborating Physician (MD/DO) - North Carolina Licensed - Remote / Wellness

Apex Rejuvenation & Performance is a concierge performance medicine clinic based in Shelby, NC. We specialize in Men’s Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Management, and Peptide Therapy. We focus on proactive health optimization rather than reactive sick care.

We are seeking a North Carolina Licensed Physician (MD or DO) to serve as our Collaborating Physician / Medical Director. This is a fully remote, low-volume supervisory role designed to satisfy the NC Medical Board requirement for a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA).

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Sign a standard Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) for our lead Nurse Practitioner.
• Remote Chart Review:
  Review 10% of patient charts monthly via our secure, cloud-based EMR (fully asynchronous—do it on your own time).

• Low Liability:
  We are a Wellness & Lifestyle practice. We do NOT treat chronic pain, prescribe opioids/narcotics, or handle urgent care cases.
• Fully Remote:
  No on-site presence required.
• Passive Income:
  Competitive monthly stipend for minimal time commitment (est. 1-2 hours/month).
• Malpractice Coverage:
  We provide professional liability coverage for your role with us.

• Active, unrestricted Medical License (MD/DO) in North Carolina.
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Familiarity with Telehealth regulations is a plus.
