Job Responsibilities:
Manage a full spectrum of primary care services in an outpatient setting Provide preventive care , chronic disease management, and treatment for acute illnesses Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to deliver personalized and patient-centered care Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system for patient documentation and care coordination Benefits and Compensation:
