Position Summary
We are seeking a full‑time Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist in Greenville, NC, to provide expert anesthesia care at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a dedicated Heart Institute.
Responsibilities- Administer general and regional anesthesia
- Supervise anesthesia staff
- Evaluate patients
- Ensure safe perioperative care for complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve repairs, TAVRs, LVADs, and ECMO (excluding transplants)
- MD/DO
- BC/BE in anesthesiology
- Cardiothoracic fellowship
- NC license
- 3+ years of high‑acuity experience
- Excellent communication
- Patient safety focus
- Teamwork

Weekday hours with call obligations, including overnight and weekend shifts, with post‑call days off.
