Seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician in Charlotte, NC to provide comprehensive inpatient care.
- Manage and coordinate patient care during hospital stays, ensuring quality and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication with families and care teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
