About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC. As the leading math-only learning center in the country, we are dedicated to helping children excel in math and love learning.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center

* Supervise and support a team of math instructors

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students

* Conduct assessments and create customized learning plans for students

* Communicate with parents about student progress

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, or related field

* Prior experience in education or management role

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Passion for math education and helping students succeed

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
