Twos Teacher Responsibilities:

* Responsible for classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

* Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.

* Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Preschoolers, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

* Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

* Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

* Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Twos Teacher

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma Must be 18+

* Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain.

* Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

* Be reliable and punctual.

* Prior classroom experience in a childcare center teaching preschoolers a PLUS.

* Clean background check is REQUIRED (included FBI) through the Division of Child Development (qualifying letter)

* TB test and staff medical (within one year old).

* Minimum of 2 work references.

* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must.
