- A growth mindset and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and scholar success
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Commitment to Movement Schools’ mission and values
- North Carolina Educator License in the appropriate grade band (Elementary Education K–6)
- Experience teaching in a K–5 classroom
- Familiarity with data-driven instruction and standards-based planning
- Experience in a charter or mission-driven school environment

This full-time role aligns with the academic calendar and provides meaningful growth in a purpose-driven environment.
- Starting Salary: $49,000 (salary placement based on experience and proper certification)
