You’ll combine top-tier coaching expertise with compelling presentation skills, converting workshops, metrics-focused strategy sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. - Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced motivational and mentoring techniques
- Creating traditional lesson plans – Guides support students working through adaptive platforms; you concentrate on developing them as outstanding motivators
- Compromising on expectations – when the benchmark is 100% mastery, you uphold that standard
- Running dull training sessions – your Guide development will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential
Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort experiences joyful learning, progresses at 2× speed, and achieves life-skill mastery. Accept no substitutes.
Basic Requirements- Currently based in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area
- Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
- Robust leadership and coaching capabilities with a history of building, leading, and energizing high-performing teams
- Background working with young people (ages 5–18) in educational or developmental settings
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
- Authorized to work legally in the United States

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
