Alpha is transforming the traditional school experience. Your role is to ensure our “3 Promises” become reality for every learner in your cohort while equipping our Guides to deliver the same results.

You’ll combine top-tier coaching expertise with compelling presentation skills, converting workshops, metrics-focused strategy sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. • Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation excellence, compelling learning activity design, and challenge resolution
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives higher student engagement and outcomes
• Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced motivational and mentoring techniques

• Creating traditional lesson plans – Guides support students working through adaptive platforms; you concentrate on developing them as outstanding motivators
• Compromising on expectations – when the benchmark is 100% mastery, you uphold that standard
• Running dull training sessions – your Guide development will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential

• Currently based in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
• Robust leadership and coaching capabilities with a history of building, leading, and energizing high-performing teams
• Background working with young people (ages 5–18) in educational or developmental settings
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
• Authorized to work legally in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
