- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with children and foster a lasting passion for reading.
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate meaningful insights.
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools.
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence materials.
- Master’s degree in reading instruction or advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction. - Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students.
- Ability to evaluate reading levels, form student groups, and create differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula.
- Experience with AI/adaptive learning tools and the ability to respond to student behaviors within these platforms.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position for an independent contractor engagement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation is $60 USD/hour, equating to $120,000 USD/year based on 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. Consult for more details.
