Job OverviewTraditional schools often teach students rather than alongside them—a model that no longer serves children effectively.
Alpha Schools replaces conventional lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with peer-level mentorship. Each student advances at an individual pace. Your role is to guide them in uncovering their strengths, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.
We seek high performers ready to apply that energy toward repairing a fundamentally broken system. You will not spend time grading assignments or adhering to a rigid curriculum. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that learning becomes limitless when students take ownership of their education.
