What You Will Be Doing- Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and highlighting measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based learning activities that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as a model for the entire team
- Assess and align Guide documentation each week to ensure rubric consistency and clear next steps, facilitating calibration sessions that keep milestone tracking transparent
- Develop family communications and coordinate team huddles to unify priorities and sustain shared commitment to campus-wide PreK readiness objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related discipline;
Master's or specialized training preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, early childhood development, or related field
- Experience guiding groups of young children ages 3 to 5
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering play-based educational programs or curricula that support developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
- At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with accountability for performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear family updates and align team efforts
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support available if needed

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
