Position: 1:1 High School Registered Behavior Technician in Charlotte, NC
An opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an educational setting located in Charlotte, NC. This contract position involves working closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, providing 1:1 behavioral support to help them achieve their academic and social goals. This role requires a certified and licensed professional with a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working within schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct 1:1 support to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Monitor and collect data on student progress to inform interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral and educational outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards related to RBT responsibilities.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Licensed and certified to provide behavioral support services.
