Permanent Community Guide

Omni Montessori School is seeking a dedicated Permanent Community Guide to join our Primary and Elementary Programs in August 2026
. This is an opportunity to work with children ages three through 12 years in authentic Montessori environments that support independence, joy in learning and whole-child development.

• AMI or AMS training credential at any program level preferred
• Prior experience working with children ages 3 - 12 years required
• Must be adaptable and able to form strong, respectful relationships with adults and children
• Strong communications skills and a commitment to Montessori pedagogy required

• Present lessons and support student work across nine classrooms.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical needs using Montessori-aligned strategies.
• Assist with daily routines and transitions, including outdoor play, lunch, read-aloud, etc.
• Be prepared to step into any Primary or Elementary classroom as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Maintain familiarity with all Primary and Elementary classroom environments and expectations.
• Prepare Montessori materials.
