$2,500 relocation bonus for out-of-area hires moving to Charlotte. $2,500 sign-on bonus + $2,500 relocation bonus available for qualified out-of-area candidates.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic Instructor to train the next generation of aviation technicians in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver an FAA-aligned curriculum through high-quality instruction, demonstrate hands-on techniques, and foster an engaging and supportive learning environment.
What you’ll do:
- Teach the FAA-aligned curriculum in a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and skill development
- Support program leadership in developing and revising high-quality, accurate course materials
- Record attendance, grades, evaluations, and other required documentation
- Notify leadership of emerging concerns affecting student performance or classroom operations
- Complete required training and participate in classroom observations and evaluations
- Other tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience
- At least three (3) years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
Skillset
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance systems and procedures with a commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with and openness to learning Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours as needed
Licensure
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate
