As a Swim Teacher, you'll directly impact the growth and development of our students, fostering their skills in a safe and supportive environment while working closely with your colleagues to ensure each child receives the best possible instruction.

Requirements include the ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences and undergoing a background check.

Key responsibilities include swim instruction and relationship management, safety and compliance, student progress monitoring, team collaboration, and championing the culture of Team Little Otter.

We offer a starting wage of $15-$18.50 per hour. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part time job with possibility of becoming a full time job.
