KIPP North Carolina is seeking a Lead Teacher to implement district-adopted curricula, monitor classrooms, and foster a strong school culture across K-12. Compensation includes salary supplements for NC licensure and comprehensive benefits.
Hours are 7:30am–3:30pm on M/Th/F and 7:30am–5pm on Tu/W, with ongoing professional development and coaching to support teachers’ growth and impact on students.
