Exceptional leaders define success not by their own achievements, but by the accomplishments of those they lead.
If you have a track record of building strong teams, elevating individual performance beyond expectations, and flourishing in settings where high standards are non-negotiable, this opportunity allows you to deploy those capabilities in service of the next generation.
At Alpha, students do not spend time in traditional lectures. They advance through academics via adaptive technology while Guides provide coaching, accountability, motivation, and life skills development. As a Lead Guide, your mission is to build the team that brings this model to life—coaching Guides, cultivating leadership, and fostering an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is neither an instructional coaching position nor a traditional teaching role. You will not review lesson plans or observe lectures, because they do not exist. Instead, you will establish a culture of excellence by coaching Guides, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and inspiring students to pursue ambitious objectives. Your effectiveness will be evaluated based on student experience quality, team performance, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to meet them.
Alpha is constructing the finest K-12 experience in the world. That demands leaders who have already demonstrated the ability to elevate others' performance, make evidence-based decisions, and champion innovative approaches instead of defending outdated conventions. If this resonates with you, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
This position is currently available at select Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
