We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and student-centered Exceptional Children's (EC) Long-Term Substitute Teacher to deliver high-quality special education instruction and support to scholars with disabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with school leaders, service providers, and families to ensure every scholar receives the individualized support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

You'll deliver individualized instruction and support that empowers scholars to succeed. As an Exceptional Children's Teacher, you will:
Provide specialized instruction to scholars with disabilities in alignment with their IEP goals Differentiate instruction and adapt curriculum to meet individual learner needs Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices Monitor scholar progress and use data to inform instruction and interventions Participate in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Support scholars' social-emotional growth and positive behavior development Communicate regularly with families to share progress, celebrate growth, and build partnership Collaborate with service providers and school leadership to ensure cohesive support Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with IDEA and state regulations You'll be part of a mission-driven community where your teaching changes lives.
