Exceptional leaders understand that success is not defined by personal achievement. It is measured by the growth and accomplishments of the people they lead.
If you have a history of developing high-performing teams, elevating individual contributors beyond their perceived limits, and operating in environments where excellence is non-negotiable, this opportunity allows you to leverage those capabilities in service of the next generation.
At Alpha, students do not sit passively through lectures. They progress academically through adaptive learning technology while Guides concentrate on mentorship, motivation, accountability, and essential life skills. As a Lead Guide, you will assemble and cultivate the team that sustains this model—coaching Guides, nurturing emerging leaders, and establishing an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is not a role focused on instructional coaching, nor is it traditional classroom teaching. You will not review lesson plans or observe lectures—there are none to review. Instead, your focus will be building a culture of excellence: coaching Guides, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and driving students toward ambitious objectives. Your impact will be evaluated through the quality of student experiences, team performance, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while inspiring others to reach them.
Alpha is constructing the world's premier K-12 experience. This mission demands leaders who have already demonstrated the ability to elevate others’ performance, make objective, evidence-based decisions, and champion innovative approaches over entrenched conventions. If this resonates with you, we invite you to connect.
This role is presently available at selected Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;
Raleigh, NC;
New York City, NY;
Orange County, CA; and Santa Barbara, CA.
If you reside in one of these areas—or are open to relocation—we encourage you to apply. Candidates of exceptional caliber from other locations are also welcome to apply. As Alpha expands, we consistently align outstanding leaders with emerging opportunities throughout our growing campus network.
