We are seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team!

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with young children and is excited to help them learn, grow, build confidence, and develop important skills during this special stage of their lives.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Age Group: 12 months–24 months

As a Toddler Teacher, You Will:
  • Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for children ages 12–24 months.
  • Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum and make learning fun through hands‑on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
  • Help children build important social, emotional, and early learning skills.
  • Support children as they develop their independence and reach new milestones.
  • Provide a caring and consistent routine throughout the day, including meals, naps, diapering, and classroom activities.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Communicate with families about their child's day, progress, and special moments.
  • Work closely with your teaching team to provide a positive and consistent classroom experience.
  • Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.
Do You:
  • Have a genuine love for working with young children?
  • Have professional experience working with children? (Preferred)
  • Have at least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience? (Required)
  • Have an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field? (Preferred)
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED? (Required)
  • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a team?
