We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team.

We are looking for a Toddler Teacher committed to helping our young learners feel safe, loved, supported, and encouraged as they learn, play, grow, and thrive. You will play an important role in providing the care, guidance, and early learning experiences that help toddlers develop confidence, independence, and strong foundations for future success.

- Support each child’s individual needs, routines, developmental milestones, and emerging independence.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment while following all health and safety guidelines.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of toddlers and young children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have experience caring for or working with toddlers in a professional setting?
- Have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field? A degree in ECE is strongly preferred.
- Have a High School Diploma/GED if you do not have a degree?
- Have the patience, compassion, energy, and creativity needed to support toddlers as they learn and develop?
