Job Description

Allstate is seeking Casualty Learning & Development Consultants to support the design and delivery of our Casualty Injury College, a progressive program building adjuster capability. In this role, you will design and deliver learning that strengthens claim judgment, evaluation accuracy, negotiation strategy, and customer communication. You will create practice-based, real-world learning experiences that drive improvements in quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

• Coaches and supports learners and designers as they work through learning exercises
• Maintains catalog of offerings and recommends content to meet business unit and enterprise needs
• Coordinates the initial set-up of classes and learning initiatives
• Measures learning effectiveness and shares recommendations to help improve learner understanding and provides support for learners as needed
• Designs and delivers learning offerings that are developed and aligned to business and enterprise strategy as part of an agile team
• Ensures talent management practices are supported consistently within learning offerings
• Builds and maintains relationships with business partners, clients and cross-functional teams
• Drives adoption of skills-based culture to empower and develop meaningful business-relevant skills through design and delivery of learning
• Participates in audit and quality reviews of learning systems

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Functional Skills

Training & Facilitation:

Delivers engaging, interactive ILT (Instructor Lead Training) and virtual sessions focused on skill application

Instructional Design:
Develops blended learning solutions (ILT, VILT(Virtual Lead Training), simulations, job aids, assessments) aligned to business needs

Casualty Claims Expertise with a strong knowledge of:

• Evaluation accuracy and exposure recognition
• Medical literacy and causation
• Demand handling and negotiation strategy
• Litigation fundamentals, discovery, and settlement strategy
• Desk and pending management

Scenario-Based Learning:
Designs and facilitates end-to-end claim simulations and applied learning experiences

Coaching & Feedback:
Provides actionable coaching to drive behavior change and skill adoption

Operational Effectiveness:
Builds capability in prioritization, workflow execution, and claim management

Communication

Skills:

Models and teaches empathy, professionalism, and clear customer communication

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
Uses data and feedback to evaluate and improve learning outcomes

Base compensation offered for these roles are:
