Alpha is hiring a Career Coach to lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts and conduct 1:1 motivation sessions. You will use Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive systems to push every student to 100% of weekly app goals and ensure engagement across cohorts.
On-site role at an Alpha campus, with national recruitment. You’ll adapt the workshop playbook, measure mastery with Test2
Pass, and build sessions that land with both a kindergartner and an 8th grader.
