• Previous experience with stator winding is preferred, preferably step
  8. High school education or equivalent.

• Proficiency with shop tools – grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc., and ability to choose optimal tool for the task.

• Required to lift / move 50 lb. materials. Ability to use precision measuring equipment.

• Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms. Successful applicants must be able to pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests.

• Operator must be able to be fit to wear a respirator. Must be able to obtain fork truck and crane license. Must be knowledgeable enough about all the B level skills that they lead unqualified operators in performing all the skills. Prefer to have a candidate with 4 or more years of industrial‑mechanical experience.

• The Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status required. Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties.
