Service Advisor- Commercial Turf Equipment

We have two newly updated Service Advisor/Scheduler positions (Level
1) open in our Commercial Equipment Service Department based out of our Charlotte home office. These roles work with our customers, outside mobile service technicians, suppliers and inside team to assist customers with service needs. These positions play a critical role in upholding our reputation for exceeding our customers’ expectations.

• Field internal and external service department inquiries by phone and email
• Listen to customer needs and determine next steps to assist customers
• Open work orders and keep customers updated until they are closed and invoiced
• Works with mobile technicians and internal service team members to handle customer needs
• Assists with Parts ordering and warranty information
• Generates and tracks escalated supplier service support request
• Will prioritize schedule and dispatch mobile service technicians

• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic
• A proven aptitude for delivering top-notch customer service experiences
• A keenness to learn, adapt, and implement new technologies
• Ability to make swift and effective decisions
• Experience in service, sales, training or other related work within a mechanical field
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required
