A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our team as you immerse yourself in the operations of a Stator Winder B! You will become familiar with all tooling and equipment essential for the winding process. Imagine engaging in tasks such as winding, blocking, banding, mixing resin, cleaning, brazing, insulating, and setting up for heat cycles (GVPI). Your hands-on experience will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Become proficient with all tooling and equipment necessary for the winding process.
- Wind, block, band, mix resin, clean, braze, insulate, and set up for heat cycles (GVPI) to ensure efficient production.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Utilize precision measuring equipment to guarantee accuracy in your work.
What You Bring
- A high school education or equivalent is required.
- Ideally, you have 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
- Proficiency with shop tools and the ability to use precision measuring equipment.
- Basic math skills, along with the ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
- Successful applicants must pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests.
- You must be fit to wear a respirator.
- Ability to obtain a fork truck license is required.
