** What You Bring
*** Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in power system design, testing, commissioning, or maintenance
* Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, Micro Station, AcSELerator Quickset, and test equipment such as OMICRON or Doble
* Willingness to travel up to 75%—explore new places while doing meaningful work
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
* Ability to pass background and drug screenings
** Bonus Skills
*** Experience writing automated test plans for protective devices
* Familiarity with industry protocols like IEC-61850, DNP, and Modbus
** Physical Requirements
*** Comfortable working outdoors in various climates
* Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
* Capable of working at heights using lifts and ladders
