• Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
• Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals.
• Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time.
• Manage budget of equipment and material ordered against proposed budget.
• Working with CFD and other design programs.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
• Analyzing data to write up reports.
• Communicating with staff, directors and clients.
• Manage Quality and Quality data packs on all projects.
• Assist with plant establishment and commissioning.
• Travel to different sites locally as well as internationally as required.
• Comply with the Watercare Mining SHEQ IMS (Integrated Management System).

• Drive safe production and achieve the desired safety culture within WCM.
• Proven knowledge and experience of practicing as a competent person.
• Provide project support in achieving success through adequate design, cost, time, and quality management.
• Knowledge of applicable legislations and ISO Standards.

• Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
• Mathematical knowledge.
• Design skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work well with others.

• Mechanical Engineering (Mech Eng)
• 1-4 years of experience
