A strategic client is launching the Person County 2 Combined Cycle Power Project
, a large‑scale capital EPC with a huge budget. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep combined cycle experience to lead engineering delivery and drive performance across engineering, procurement, construction, and logistics. This role is critical—your success directly impacts future project awards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering delivery for the Person County 2 Combined Cycle Power Project
. - Coordinate cross‑functionally across engineering, procurement, construction, and logistics to ensure flawless EPC execution.
- Provide consistent, direct communication with the client regarding:
- Project progress
- Budget status
- Recovery or mitigation strategies
- Oversee schedule alignment (P6 expertise not required but schedule literacy is essential).
- Ensure engineering quality and timely delivery across all EPC phases.
- Travel quarterly to the jobsite and approximately twice per year to the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Combined Cycle EPC Experience
Candidates must have hands‑on EPC project experience with:
- Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs)
- Steam turbines
Simple‑cycle‑only backgrounds will not be considered.
Additional Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience on power projects
, with heavy emphasis on combined cycle. - Proven capability to coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and logistics on large EPC projects.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills for progress, schedule, and budget reviews.
- Ability to interpret and work with project schedules (P6 familiarity helpful but not required).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Immediate availability for interviews.
- PMP is not required
