Reinhausen Manufacturing, Inc., Charlotte, NC. Area Sales Engineer responsible for the turnover of the respective product spectrum in his/her designated countries / regions, paying particular attention to strategic guidelines and business sustainability. Strategic tasks including realization of MR’s sales strategy in designated countries/regions. Improving customer acceptance of and preference for MR products in regards to technical specifications. Identification and development of market opportunities.

Operative tasks to include conducting regular customer visits to build strong customer relationships. Organization and support of customer visits ising customers, where necessary by including experts. Securing offer preparation (commercial and technical accuracy) and pursuing the offer. Operative control of sales representatives in the designated region. Compilation, consolidation and pursuit of customer projects including entries in project database. Participate in sales and budget planning in his/her designated countries/regions.

Create visit reports, market-, customer, and competitor analysis.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering field and 3 years of industry experience in energy technology, ideally in control systems, substation design, as a commissioning engineer or comparable position. Business administration knowledge required. 50% travel to domestic client sites. Send resume to  and include position title in subject line.
